Dr James is a speciality doctor in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery, which gives him the expertise needed to navigate complex dental extractions, biopsies, mucocele and cyst removal procedures, among others.
Sedation Dentistry
Dr James' PGDip in Sedation means we can provide advanced sedation techniques to tackle dental phobia including IV sedation. He is also accredited by RCS England to train other professionals in this field.

All on 4 dental implants
This innovative technique utilises between four and six strategically placed tooth implants to support a complete set of fixed prosthetic teeth. As a result all on four implants provide a secure and definitive alternative to traditional dentures.

Bone regeneration
Guided bone regeneration is a surgical procedure aimed at regenerating bone in areas where it has been lost or compromised. It is often needed to support dental implants. Bone regeneration repairs the lost bone structure and encourages the growth of new, healthy bone.

Sinus grating
This augments the bone in the upper jaw, behind the cheek bones. When a person loses or extracts teeth, the bone that once supported them diminishes over time, leading to insufficient bone volume for implant replacement. This technique uses synthetic bone graft material to allow for sufficent bone height for implant placement

Wisdom tooth removal
It is advisable to remove lower wisdom teeth if they display signs of disease. This can include decay and infection of the gum around the top of the tooth. Wisdom tooth removal involves a process of anaesthesia or sedation and then tooth extraction and stitching of the gums.
